Description: Coordination and management of the project, organization and implementation of project meetings, reports (interim and final), communication with the funding body, development of a concept for the use of results (summary of public awareness activities, evaluation of educational and professional events, database, campaigns).

3. Public Engagement and Publicity Measures
Description: Project website, leaflets and informational materials, presentations, posters, newsletters, publications (scientific, professional), public media, social networks.

4. Harmonization and Coordination of Academic Education in Water Management and Water Resource Monitoring
Description: Development, planning, and organization of joint university courses; preparation, implementation, and evaluation of joint university courses (laboratory courses, workshops, summer schools, excursions); university challenge as a tool for public communication; GIS tools for visualizing water-related information in the project area; evaluation and adaptation of joint university courses; assessment of opportunities for continuing joint university courses at all universities, integration into existing modules.

5. Current Status and Harmonization of Wastewater Treatment Plants and Water Bodies Monitoring Procedures
Description: Analysis of the current status of wastewater treatment plants (WWTP)/water bodies monitoring and technical condition of WWTPs and discharge conditions; documentation/visualization/analysis of the situation: WWTP discharges, overflows from combined sewer relief chambers, and other pollution sources; land use impact; cataloging and visualization: risk/toxicity; monitoring of water bodies affected by WWTP discharges: quarterly measurement campaigns on three transboundary rivers, joint development of protection and management concepts; database: methods used, results, harmonization potential, sources of toxicity; seminars/events on monitoring concept.

6. Professional Exchange between Water/Wastewater Associations and Public Service Enterprises, Training and Continuing Education Courses
Description: Creation of a database of water and wastewater associations, suppliers, polluters, and monitoring operators in the cross-border region; identification of common topics and development of continuing education programs for specialists; development, planning, and organization of joint activities (neighboring cooperation of WWTPs or water and wastewater enterprises); preparation, planning, and organization of a modular training and continuing education program; organization, implementation, and evaluation of meetings with WWTP operators.

7. Integration of Regional Stakeholders and Citizen Science Engagement
Description: Establishment and development of a joint platform, development of digital questionnaire concept (Citizen Science); development, design, and installation of water quality information boards in public areas, creation of roll-ups; development, organization, and implementation of exchange events with both professional and general public, raising awareness of water protection (World Water Day, World Toilet Day); evaluation of individual actions and campaigns, awareness barometer and continuity of educational activities throughout the project (via homepage, QR code).
